To Qualify

You must have:

• An income of at least 2.5x rent

• A credit score above 700/Deposit negotiable. Credit score of 699-630 deposit is one month’s rent. No credit scores under 629 will be considered.

• No history of evictions

• Emotional support animals need to meet qualifications posted by the state of California.(Strictly enforced)
